Well with the end of the year comes intense cleaning. We have been doing pre-cleaning. 2 weeks ago I spent 2 hours cleaning the blinds. Last week was our bathroom/shower. This week was the oven. Before we know it we will have a LONG list of things we need to clean. Along with cleaning comes packing. Empty boxes ready to be filled with my stuff. Slowly but sheerly I am bringing home stuff I don't need anymore. It is going to be sad to leave all my friends but it will be so nice to be on summer vacation. I will be able to have out with my best friends all summer. I can't wait to see what God has in store for me in the following months.

It's been a good year... I can't believe I am 1/4 done with my college career.

Tuesday Practice

Tonight was my church's normal tuesday night worship team practice, so I thought. Well Josh, the drummer & vocals, Jared, the bass player and I,vocals, headed off to practice at the time we were suppose to be there. But it was all okay. So we arrived at the church in West St.Paul and started setting up. Andrea, the piano player, was already there waiting for us. Well we were having techinical difficulties that took 30 min to figure out. Once we started practicing it went smoothly and we were done in a half hour.

Now this is where the true story begins. After taking 10 min to turn off a light, because we are scared of the dark basement we were off to get food and go grocery shopping. I realized today that I was all out of my food and I need the necessities to make it through the rest of the week. Anyways, I was also hungry since I didn't have a good dinner so Jimmy Johns was the choice tonight. After looking at all the options Josh and I decided what we wanted. Next stop Walmart for groceries.

For some reason tonight we were all in a rare form of mood. After a lot of teasing I left the boys in the car and headed into the store with my Jimmy John sandwhich in hand. Eventually the boys showed up to help, I knew it was only time till they came in. I think everyone in the store tonight was yelling. One lady was like "Do we need milk? I think we need milk. Where are you?" I mean they were YELLING!! On top of that I was laughing so hard I was choking on lettuce. Josh was laughing so hard because everyone was yelling, I was even yelling, well I guess speaking loud not actually yelling. :) Jared was like a little kid running up and down the isles riding on the back of the cart.

Eventually we bought my 4 items and we were headed home....so I thought. NOPE, next stop DQ. We all got our treats for the even, like we needed the extra sugar. Josh REALLY wanted to try my dessert but I wouldn't let him unless he let me have a bite of his. Which he didn't want to share but he was determined to have some of mine. So the entire way home he was trying to get a bite, but I kept it in my hand.

I am so blessed to have these boys in my life. There is never a dull moment when we are together. Tuesdays are the best day of the week.

I can't wait to see what other adventures lie ahead....

Just a normal trip to the gas station......

..... so I thought!!
The car is on empty so Josh and I decided to go to the gas station to fill the almost empty car. My panicked friend Josh called me saying that the car was almost on empty and he wanted to use his gift card to fill it up, which means we needed to find a Holiday Gas Station. Which is hard to find around Northwesterns campus. Once I got into the car off we were trying to find this gas station...

... the ride there was an adventure in and of itself. We put the car into cruise so we could conserve as much gas as possible. Well Josh freaked out by using cruise for the first time, he accidently hit the gear into neutral, which made us both freak out....

... finally we arrived to the gas station. So Josh decided to go pre pay using his gift card. So once I came out to the car, he was standing there waiting to fill it up but he didn't know what gas to put in. We tried to fill it up but it wouldn't work. After trying it over, and over again, I went inside to go figure this out...

... Well after much talk with the guys inside and a manager on the phone we figured out that earlier when they were doing the pre-pay gift card he put the money on the wrong pump. Which a guy in a red car decided to use our money and fill up his car. So the gas station lost money. So they told us to fill up a certain amount of money and then we would use the rest of the gift card to finish filling up...

... we soon find out that the pump we were at was also broken, so off to another pump. Finally after two transactions, and 20 min later we got our gas we wanted!!

Who would've thought that going to the gas station would be such an adventure!

Welcome to the world Lexie and Lucas!

Last friday, April 16th, 2010, the day our family has been waiting for, finally came!! My Aunt Michelle and Uncle Trey were expecting twins!!! A miracle, actually two miracles. :) We have been anxiously waiting and praying for the arrival of my twin cousins. We knew it was a boy and a girl, one of each couldn't have been better!!! At the beginning of the month the doctors almost delivered the twins early since there were complications but he decided to wait. After that little scare every doctor appt. from then to delivery day was perfect. So as it was scheduled they walk into the hospital on April 16th and my Aunt delivered the sweetest, most beautiful babies ever! They were perfect!! Baby A, the girl, weighed 6lbs. 9 oz. Baby B, the boy, weighed 5lbs. 9 oz. Everything was perfect. Just yesterday my Aunt and Uncle told us what the names were. Alexa Rose Hall "Lexie" and Lucas Cannon Hall "Lucas". They are perfect and so sweet. The family is doing well and is most likely going home today!! God is good!! My Aunt and Uncle waited patiently, along with the rest of the family and now our family has two new members and two new blessings!! I can't wait to see what God has in-store for them! They are both miracles.
